Too late, just got back today, didn't have *any* access to
e-mail or anything! Get to feel really cut-off without it....
It is a yearly trip, though, so next year, same time, see
what we can do! I'll be sure to bring a handful of UK
catalogues, etc.
So sad to have missed out on the Target Super-bargains, but
did well at the Gap (I know it isn't a lego channel, but
they had a brilliant deal on scarves, only 2 dollars!)
The KB in the mall there had 6097's and 5561's at half-price.
(Granted half-KB-price). Wal-mart next to the Target only had
a bi-wing baron, for 4 dollars, and all the rest were those
cyber-slammer rubbish, but you already knew that!

Nothing left at Target in Springfield, and not much at Walmart last time I
checked.
Are you still in town? If so look me up in the phone book (John VanZwieten),
I'd love to meet you.

Another annual trip to Springfield Illinois, but forgot to ask
if the sales were any better this year!
I leave tomorrow, again, for a week.
I guess I will let you know if I find anything, if you haven't
already!

No problems. I had ordered 6 tubs from e-Toys, so had that
taken care of. There wasn't too much I was after, so I saved
some money not finding much. I did find in a Target a 1201
piece silver tub for 5.55, and the 411 piece freestyle silver
bucket for 4.44! A couple of tiny sets in a Walmart, including
a mis-marked tiny Ninja set. The K-mart had ended its 20%
sale, so I bought nothing there.
I came home with 8 silver bricks (Gave the tub and bucket to
my nephew), and 4000 or so assorted bricks and pieces!
