This set has been K-marked down to $250 ("Clearance item", yellow ticket) and at
the moment there's 15% off Lego, so it scanned as $212.50. Usually items being
cleared (or "quit" as they say in the "industry") will continue to be
%(?)slashed every 7-14(?) days that they don't sell, so it's forseeable that the
price may drop further, although it would need to be more than 15% to count. I
got mine at Kmart Preston (Northland) in Victoria. There were still 5 more, but
all slightly scuffed in one way or another, which should only bother
opportunistic ebay resellers or box-keepers like myself.
