I have the same problem if I use Internet Explorer. If I use Netscape
Navigator on the same machine it works fine.
I suspect I have a bad cookie or something similar that IE is tripping up
on.
I'm running Windows 2000 so you'll have to adjust the following to match
your OS and version of IE.
I fixed my IE by deleting some files. I first tried deleting C:\Documents
and Settings\{my name}\Cookies but this didn't help. I next deleted
C:\Documents and Settings\{my name}\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files
and then Lego shop at home began working again. I don't know if both sets of
deletions are required.
You'll need to quit IE before deleting the files.
