Lugnet needs a new guide entry for the following set:
005 Discovery Set
Also, Lugnet has a date of 1971 for the similar 004 set. However, I found
this reference which shows 1966:

001 Gear Set (1966)
002 Motor Pak (1966)
003 Master Mechanic Set (1966)
004 Master Builder Set (1966)
This raises the question - did 005 come out in 1966 or 1971 (or some other
year)?
Other random information about the set:
- contains one tray of gears (similar to 001 contents, probably)
- contains one tray of bricks/windows (similar to 004, probably)
- the box I have has a price tag of $7.27 and is from a store called
"White Front". White Front went out of business in/around 1973, I think.
Last, the mid 60's catalog pictured here refers to sets 001 through 004 but
doesn't mention 005.

| (...) Eric, The 005 set you are talking about probably came out around 1967 or so. The 001, 002, 003, and 004 sets first came out in 1965. (I have the Samsonite catalogs for 1961, 1963, 1965, 1966, 1968 and the dealer catalog for 1970.) The 005 set (...) (20 years ago, 11-Jun-04, to lugnet.general)
