I'd like to express my appreciation of WAMALUG all those involved with
organizing and sponsoring Brickfest 2002. You made it a wonderful event, and
have given me some great memories.
Special thanks goes to:
* HiTechnic (John Barnes and Stephen Barker) for sponsoring the Technic and
Mindstorms competitions, and bringing out the talent in those themes (Model
Team included too!). Thanks also for sponsoring the two Technic/Mindstorms
MOC awards and misc door prizes.

* John "Fuzzface" McMahon for driving Frank Filz and I from the airport to
the hotel.
* Margaret Keys for driving me back to the airport (I hope you found your
purse).
* Christina Hitchcock and Denise Jadud, for putting up with my incessant

Thanks! I promise not to be such a bother next year ;-)
* To everyone who brought something to the fest. I really enjoyed looking at
everyone's creations. After lugging my own stuff to and fro, I have a new
appreciation for the transporting of the brick.
* and to Brad Justus, for sticking around a bit for a crane demonstration,
and for the best news I've heard in a while: "Technic is not dead!!!"
