We do the hip and legs as one unit and note the color differences in the
notes, if there are any... simply because if they're not somehow grouped
together, someone might not know if a fig has blue hips and black legs,
or all black... this way you'll always know.

with the torso's we go with the main torso color as the color of the
piece, no notes if the arms are the same color and the hands are yellow,
if they are any different, it's noted.  for the same reason as the
above.

now, according to this logic, we should also keep the heads on the
torso's, and the lever small's on their bases, but we don't, there's way
too many different heads and torso's for us to handle as it is :) if we
got into the used combinations, i would have a break down :)  As for the
lever smalls.. well, those come apart easy enough - and i much rather
know the color of both correctly.

the only other change i think i had to make was in set 6850 - the tile 1
x 2 with four buttson and starburst pattern... we had a picture for this
piece, so i took the generic 3069 number and gave it ours, 3069px13:

other than that, these were VERY smooth inventories to process in :)
oh, we also had to adjust the colors... I don't think you called it
"TrRed" and "TrBlue"  but I'm so used to "fixing" that that I barely
even noticed :)

thanks again!

added to peeron.com, only minor changes made to keep with our standard.

Could you tell me precicely which changes were necessary
so I can provide better fitting inventories?

One thing I noticed immediately was that you have one
part for the hips and legs assembly whereas I keep them as three
parts so I can note the colors of the hips and legs. What do you
do with pirate legs where you have one "normal" leg and one peg
leg like in <IMG SRC="http://www.brickmaster.de/brickset/minifigs/pir-21.jpg"> ?

The other thing is that you don't seem to inventory arms
and hands although those can be of different colors.

Were any other changes necessary? I'll adapt my export
script for the two cases above.

thanks so much!

De nada ;-) I have a few more on my laptop which I'll have
to refurbish a little bit before posting them.
