Some are expensive such as the staircases and brown ladder. Others are hard to acquire such as the double sloped light grey pieces used on the crenelations. I would estimate at least $400-500 to get everything to build the set. Ben

Ken C. has built my Tower Gatehouse with real bricks! He followed the instructions very well. I think it looks great. You can all see pictures here:
