I never remembered to update the version in complete.exe.

Do you really want a DOS compile?  I suppose I could do that with the
djgpp version of the gcc compiler.  The .exe in the mklistp.zip file
is a 32bit windows command line executable.  I thought that might be
more fashionable these days.  (It doesn't make the scroll bar in my
"DOS" window disappear when running on a win2k or XP box).

Hmm.  Previously, I'd want whichever compile was most portable, in the
sense of running under the most emulators.  I suppose if you're making
the source code portable, the version of the EXE doesn't matter as much.

But generally, I'd prefer a DOS compile, since the rest of the LDraw
package is DOS-based.

Ok, I tried to recreate the changes for 1.3 based on the message
strings contained in the executable.  The -i and -o commands work
for both windows and linux, but I couldn't tell what else may have
changed or been fixed for 1.3.  You can try the windows executable
in this zip file to see if does what you expect.  The source is
there as well.

Meanwhile, I'll try and make a DOS executable, and I suppose I'll try
OSX as well.
