Fixed a bug in the routine to check for the validity of directories retrieved
from the registry.
Removed the final backslash from the output path (L3P didn't like it).
Fixed a bug that caused the final backslash to be removed if the output
directory was the root of a drive.
Added a routine to write the LDraw path to the LDraw.ini once it is captured
(as requested by Steve Bliss)
Set the command line textbox to "locked" so users can copy from it, but not
directly edit its contents.
Added support for long filename input and output when using the 32-bit version
of L3P (v1.2 or higher).
Added a routine to allow older .L3A files to be used (before the format was
extended to include the -c switch) so they can be upgraded to the new format.
