This is _not_ a quarter ring of inner radius nine (9).
This is a quarter ring of inner radius eighteen (18)
and _outer_ radius twenty (20).
All of the ring primitives (and the cone primitives as well)
have an _outer_ radius of "[inner radius PLUS ONE]",
and _not_ [inner radius plus _two_].

| Here is a new ring primitive that I use in the finalized 6002 piece.
