does somebody is working on the Click-Rotation parts?
They appears in the 2004 Designer-Sets.

And Knights' Kingdom large figures.  Also, most Galidor parts use
click-rotation hinges, although I'm not sure if the connection uses the
same geometry as, e.g.,

I don't have any of the underwater Alpha Team sets that come with click-rotation
hinge arms, but the TECHNIC C-R hinges (Super Battle Droid, Cahdok/Gahdok,
Exo-Toa), Galidor C-R hinges, and System (Designer/Knights Kingdom) C-R hinges
all use the same basic rotational hinge interface geometry.  The Galidor C-R
sockets, however, are inset deeper than either the TECHNIC or System versions,
and will generally only accept the Galidor hinges and possibly this Alpha Team
piece as well:

http://www.peeron.com/inv/parts/x514c01

The TECHNIC version requires a #2 axle and a pair of half-bushings to hold the
joint together, and the half-bushings stick out far enough that they bump
against the Galidor sockets before the C-R pin can be fully inserted.  The new
System version has a thick collar on the fixed side of the ball joint where the
flange of the pin on the pivoting side of the ball joint
(http://www.peeron.com/inv/parts/x1130) locks, and that collar has the same
problem as the half-bushings on the TECHNIC version when it comes to the Galidor
sockets.  Of course, since there's very little likelihood that anyone is going
to start making Galidor DATs, that's probably a null issue.
