While creating some models that use this part as a non bulb covering, I've
noticed two problems with it
1) the dome top is too squashed - while not a perfect sphere it is not as flat
as the current part
2) the part is too short - the real one is more than 2 plates, but less than 2
plates and 1 stud in height
So I've made a few changes to my copy, which I post for general usage below
I've also added the slight groove (in the same fashion as the groove on tiles)
that is present on the part
