If you are experiencing the same problems accessing the LDraw.org site, I have
set up a mirror download at:
http://dl.dropbox.com/u/15954981/lcad1003.zip
Just the parts update, no preview or options.

Thanks for that. Also here are problems with the LDraw.org site. I assume to
