Just for fun, I downloaded your image and tried to find the colours you used,
and I came up with the following list:

Here are the colors I used: black, blue, brown, dark gray, dark orange, dark
red, gray, green, lime, very light gray, light yellow, medium blue, orange, red,
sand blue, sand green, tan, white, yellow, dark blue, pink, and medium orange.
I selected these colors because my mosaics are studs up, so any color that was
available in plate sizes of 1x1, 1x2, 2x2 with missing corner, etc. was useable.
If I was going to make a studs-out mosaic I'd have to reconsider my color
palette.

to 152x310 of my Level 42 mosaic (took me 3 months to build).

Wow.  It would be amazing to have a wall-sized mosaic made using our techniques.

And yes, your images look better than mine.

It probably looks smoother to some people because my palette simply had more
colors.  My palette uses the EXACT rgb colors of actual LEGO elements.  This was
90% of the work in creating my mosaics.  I wasn't trying to 'one-up' anyone,
Maarten, just comparing techniques.
