I've just uploaded 8 new images of the 00228 to my website.
http://soli.inav.net/~thomas/mglm/complete.htm
These images were created using 3DStudio Release 4, and the lego parts
are entirely my own, created from scratch. I think the look of the
images is unique to lego cad, quite similar in fact to the images seen
in an actual lego instruction manual. I'm not so happy with the uneven
gradation in the background, so future images will use a solid color.
In a few days, I will upload a complete instruction set for the 00228.
These will be rendered in the same style as the images.
Let me know what you think of my first lego cad project.

| Dave, <grovel type="bowing/scraping"> Please. Please. Please. Tell me how you did this. I've been dying to be able to model stuff in 3DS Max 3, but have a heck of a time getting files imported. How did you do this? Do I need to use 3D Studio instead (...) (25 years ago, 17-Mar-00, to lugnet.build.mecha)
