Hey all... I thought I would post and old creation of mine that's been
collecting dust in my closet for years. It's a Mini Fig scale Transformable G1
Optimus Prime. I based it on the original toy, which means the hands and Gun
must be removed for transformation. The goal was to make something that looked
good in Truck mode and was poseable as a robot. I guess that's about it, Enjoy
the pics and comments are welcome.

Thanks

Awesome! I can just hear him command "Autobots, roll out!" Or should that be
"Autobricks?"

seen. Keep up the good work.

Wow, I dont know a mecha from a man hole.  But I do remember playing enough with
transformers as a child and once again as my sons grew up... and that looks
incredible.  Some of the cheap knock off toys were badly proportioned and the
2nd model always looked like a bit of a stretch.  This model is the exact
opposite of all those cheap knock offs.  The proportion is wonderful and it
looks just as good in either forms.  I'd call that a real success.

what parts did you use for the joint assembly for the legs to connect to the
hips?
