Outstanding my Mecha Masters!  (munches on Bell Pepper)

We are all have very much fun watching your progress.  So much in fact that I'm
hoping that I'm keeping up with you all.

Below is a listing of all the contestants, the name of the entry (if one was
provided) and the URL of the work.  I included work in progress URLS if
provided, wanting to give as much credit as I can.  PLEASE, contact me if you
see any errors and I will correct the list immediately.

So far, I have counted 15 URLs from 44 entrants.  I think the next week is going
to be an interesting one.

BUILD ON!

That's me! But wait, where's the link I posted?!
<<- http://www.brickshelf.com/cgi-bin/gallery.cgi?f=160815 ->>

although to be honest it's not a great record of my progress; I never took
any photos of the body design changes (well, it didn't take as long as the
hips) and now I'm nearly finished...

Deeplinks: 1 2 3 4

Having very little mecha experience, I was hoping to use the small-scale one as a practice run for shape and proportions, and then double the scale. But a month is a pretty tight constraint for me, so I just beefed up the legs a bit and redid the arms.

Here are the progress shots: http://www.brickshelf.com/cgi-bin/gallery.cgi?f=166238

...I apologize to my fellow contestants that I will not be submitting by the contest’s end (well you don’t have to worry about me winning now do you...heh ;-). I did not plan/allot enough time to complete my entry and even if I finish it before the night is over, the family digital camera is now out-of-state due to unforseen family travel.
So I regret to inform y’all that I am not prepared for criticism/compliments. Although I do still plan on submitting a quadraped soon.

Sincerely,
Andrew

Erm, I guess I should apologise too... Busy life + Laziness got in the way. I had this riot control thingy in mind but oh well :( I’ll get around to it sometime...

Apparently this is the “dog ate my homework” thread;-)

I must apologize as well for not getting my entry finished in the allotted time-- I guess I have too many irons in the fire:-( But my idea is too good to leave unbuilt, and so I will endeavor to finish this project one day.

Nooooooooooooooo.
Oh well, your entries will be missed.  Especially you John, I was had money
riding on you, oh well.

Here's the short list of folks I have not heard from, nor been able to find the
entry:

"Colin Robert Gutierrez"
"Craig-Alan Smith"
"Danny Staple"
"James Howse"
"Ley Ward"
"Mark Chan"
"Nathan Wells"
"Peter Reid"
"Russell Clark"

So, if you got an entry and I didn't find it, please tell me immediately.  I'll
be shipping the list off to the judges tomorrow!

Thanks

I think what Swami meant to say was that he chickened out because he is a big wuss.
