Here is Drake MkIII.

Drake MkIII
   It is a heavier refinement of the original Drake MkII.


   Ankle joints, looks it’s kind of awkward to see big honking legs with two skinny attachments to the ankle. You covered up everything else, I think you’d benefit from trying to disguise that too.

The body is so small to the legs. But it looks ok. you might fool with a bigger body and see where that takes you. Maybe start off by doing something different for the cockpit?


...changed the cockpit and bulked up the body a bit...

Hey great rebuild, wow, I see the improvements. I like the top portion so much! The canopy and how it flips upwards is sooooo cool. The shapes you used work great. The ankles too I see how you built them up, looks really good. This is a cool Mech, (...) (19 years ago, 11-May-05, to lugnet.build.mecha)

These things are kind of goofy looking at the offset, but I really like the feel. In a similar way I didn't like the way of the ED-209 at first, these got a very viceral feel for me. They look like something straight out of a comic book or video (...) (19 years ago, 9-Apr-05, to lugnet.build.mecha, FTX)
