When Allister McLaren built his name this mech , Rick Hallman suggested he name it the Spartan, because it had
green on it, and Rick is from “MSU country”, meaning he lives nearby Michigan
State University. Well, I graduated from Michigan State U, and this inspired me
to build a Spartan of my own design. But the Spartan mech was only half the
fun, I also had to build a smaller mech for the Spartan to beat up on, in the
“maize” and blue (okay, yellow and blue) colors of our archrivals, the
University of Michigan Wolverines. So, here we see the Wolverine medium mech
facing off against the Spartan assault mech...
...and realizing it’s hopeless!

BTW, anybody else’s school colors make for an interesting mech color scheme?
