Hey guys,
I’ve been racking my brain lately and having some serious mecha block, trying to
come up with something to help get the steam rolling again amongst the .mecha
community. After many, many, many rebuilds, I finally have something I like.
Presenting, the Shen Kai Powersuit (Thunder Armor, for those wanting to know):
I was trying to present a different side of the JE while still maintaining the
basic oriental/technorganic influence (got the dino tails in there, Ryan!).
This is a bit grittier and not-as-clean as most of the other JE mocs. I tried
to keep the eastern feel to it tho. Many of the Japanese builders, as well as
Soren’s stuff, influenced the evolution of this one heavily.

| This is good, I like it. It's small, it's beefy (great shoulders), it's not something you want to see walking down your street touting guns. The color scheme works really well. Very well executed. | Chris, I've got to chime in to say this might be my favorite design by you. The colors and design on the Shen Kai Powersuit are flawless and I love that you built it within theme colors.
