hi y'all!

just wanted to share a mini-fig scale building idea.  it occured to me
after i picked up a #6706 ~frontier patrol, the wild west mini-fig set. even
tho' i bought this set for parts (for my dastardly craigo-lego experiments,
of course!), i did build it as per the box illustration to enjoy it for a
couple of days before breaking it down.  looking at it, i thought it would
be cool if there was a cow skull lying next to the grass.  after playing
around a little while here's what i came up with:

you'll need four pieces, all white:

a 1x3 low slope
a 1x plate w/ horizontal holding side clip
a 1x plate w/ clip on top
cow horn element

the 1x top clip holds the horns and goes on the top peg of the slope. the
horiz. side clip goes in the center bottom space with the clip facing, and
stuck under the low end of the slope. it doesn't go in absolutely, flush,
but that's ok.

  ~ do you see it?

now the fun begins! stick it on top of a skeleton body for a creepy
monster that fits in with the wild west (indian curse!) or the new 2000
castle "cow pack" theme.
once the moo-men occured to me, i built the same construction as above,
only in black. i put the black bull head on a solid black mini-fig and now i
have a....

  "mini-taur"!!

hope y'all enjoy, and lmkwyt... i'm gonna feel so stoopid if somebody else
has built this before, and it's old news...

later ` craig~
