Hey everyone!!
If you haven't yet, consider participating in _the Gathering_ at Brickfest 2001!
You can participate even if you're not going to be physically attending, and
even if you haven't officially joined Castle World (although the latter is
very recommended!!).

If you haven't heard about this before, listen up!!
The main point of this is to get together all the kings, queens, and other
somesuch royalty of Castle World under one roof - Jeff Stembel is
rennovating his castle for this very purpose. Plus, all around Caer Gwynnyd
will be an organized campground for those hailing from far away. This will
obviously attract a following of peasants, merchants, inns and innkeepers,
and other attractions (namely the tournament(s) held between all interested
(1)).

At the same time our minifigs will be discussing important stuff, so will
we! The plan is to get a discussion going and to spark ideas up for future
CW... stuff... and to get people interested in creating mutual storylines.
Plus we will be having tons of fun, showing off MOCs, maybe acting out some
scenes, etc.! A bunch of "famous" CW people will be there and it's a great
opportunity to meet them in person! I can't wait, myself.

In short, everyone is invited! If you can't make it to the fest itself,
contact me or any other CW member attending, and we will do our best to
help. If you are coming to the fest but are not a member of CW, that's ok -
just LMK that you want to attend!

The headcount for now is 15 humans physically attending, and no less than 60
seats already claimed!! Wow. Plus hundreds more minifigs will be there,
without seats! And you're welcome to join us.
----
But HURRY! - spots are filling up, and at some point we will not be able to
guarantee any more seats. :-( If you are interested, RSVP ASAP!

| My King is in! He is 22 years (Human years - what's that in minifig years?) old and a little faded, but still strong, still proud, and still in command. He will come with one advisor who needs a seat, but the rest of the army will camp a little way (...) (23 years ago, 30-May-01, to lugnet.castle.org.cw)

| Shiri: Okay, I am sending you Black Pearl. But rather than a seat, I just need a place for my teeny Castle Blacktron MOC -- probably around 6" square on a flat surface, and then about 9" vertical clearance. Will that work? The appearance of Black (...) (23 years ago, 31-May-01, to lugnet.castle.org.cw)
