Agreed. Most of my pages contain a "header" and "footer" which are separate
pages. Similarly, many include a separate "menu" page. I would probably want to
index the contents of those pages with the page they are included in, but not on
their own. So maybe each page needs 2 flags: "Block index" (off by default) and
"Index with container page(s) only" (off by default).
It would be useful if *I* could see a complete list of my pages though,
preferably as some kind of tree display.
