People shouldn't be doing this.
lugnet.announce was never intended for announcements of new (especially
updates to) MOCs...otherwise the charter would say so. Perhaps it needs to
be moderated. The framework put into place last summer for authentication of
posts was implemented keeping in mind the future possibility of moderation on
selected groups if necessary.
MOCs should be unveiled in theme-based groups and/or in more general groups
such as .build -- with follow-ups set appropriately -- and not in .announce.
