Yes.

Well I've been dinged in the past for suggesting how to implement things,
but I'll venture to offer that an enhancement request tracker doesn't have
to be NEW code and doesn't have to be done HERE. Sourceforge has a pretty
good one, all that has to be done is create a project there, I think. May
not be as convenient but may be way easier to do.

Well I think it would be interesting to hear perspective on this but it may
not be something we're meant to know. I'm just glad DanJenSteve are here,
whatever the details of what they can or can't do might be.

I'm hoping adding admins doesn't per se increase cost much but the question
is an excellent one.
