Apply skip filter settings to searches.

Why don't my skip filter settings apply to searches? I did a search
for "animals" hoping to find some building hints, but most of the hits
came from .debate, and you can guess what *they* were talking about.
Now I don't mind seeing the .debate hits if I do a search from within
the .debate group, but shouldn't they be filtered out otherwise?
