I just went through all of the 'legal' ports, and of 119, 1119, 8000, 8080, only
1119 works. I understand that 119 was turned off because of the attacks sometime
back, but 8000 worked until the most recent downtime.

| (...) Hmmm, I've tried all of those ports as well and none of them work. I've been using 1119 since 119 got shut down and it's only since the downtime yesterday I've been having problems. I get the same "connection refused" on all of them except for (...) (21 years ago, 24-Feb-04, to lugnet.admin.general)
